Codemez implemented Zoho POS for Infotech Vally so the counter could bill, take payment, and update stock without a separate till and stock file.
Setup covered items, taxes, checkout, and training — the same last-mile POS rollout we run for other Codemez retail clients.
The challenge
A retail counter that bills from memory or a notebook cannot keep a live stock count. Returns and day-end become guesses instead of a register close.
Our solution
We implemented Zoho POS: item master, GST at checkout, and a billing flow the floor team could run after a short training. Sales update inventory; day-end is a POS close, not a spreadsheet rebuild.
