Codemez implemented Zoho Books for Maa Durga Enterprises so sales, purchases, GST, and banking sit in one ledger instead of spreadsheets and paper invoices.
The work was configuration and go-live: organization, tax, customers and vendors, invoice and bill templates, and training so the team could run day-to-day accounting in Books.
The challenge
Without a proper books of accounts, GST invoices, receivables, and payables lived in files that did not talk to each other. Closing the month meant reconstructing what had already been billed.
Our solution
We set up Zoho Books with GST, chart of accounts, customer and vendor masters, and invoice/bill workflows. The team was trained on creating invoices, recording payments, and reading the reports they need for filings.
