Codemez implemented Zoho POS and Zoho Inventory for TheRealB, the Indian luxury fashion label behind therealb.in. The brief was operational: fast in-store billing, GST-ready invoices, and stock that updates when a piece leaves the floor.
TheRealB’s Google review named this go-live: Zoho POS was easy to use, setup was smooth, and Durgesh supported the team through the last-mile questions that usually stall retail rollouts.
The challenge
TheRealB sells online and in person. Two stock books — Shopify plus a spreadsheet or a separate till — meant missed sizes, slow billing, and no reliable view of what was actually in the boutique.
Our solution
We implemented Zoho POS at TheRealB’s counter and Zoho Inventory for items, locations, and stock movements. Checkout, returns, and day-end were configured and trained so floor staff could bill without a specialist on site, with inventory staying in sync after each sale.
