The Golden Mic is a karaoke studio (THE GOLDEN MIC PVT LTD) with timed sessions — karaoke singer, live rehearsal, mix-user half and full days, and bulk hour packs. Codemez implemented Zoho POS so session billing, GST, and day-end sit on a proper till instead of ad-hoc invoices.
Vaamika Sinha’s Google review called out Durgesh’s support and the software as really helpful — the same go-live pattern as our other Zoho POS clients: configure, train, stay until the floor can bill alone.
The challenge
A studio sells time, not a shelf of SKUs. Rates vary by session type and group size; without POS, bookings and payments do not land in one GST-ready register.

We implemented Zoho POS with The Golden Mic’s session types as billable items, GST at checkout, and training so the desk can take payment and close the day. Support stayed through the questions that usually stall a first week on a new till.
